XFACTOR Sports (aka XFACTOR USA, Lady Wildcats and Intensity XF) is looking to add additional FEMALE coaches for either:
1. Our 14U or the 16U fastpitch teams
2. Our 4th, 5/6th, 7/8th grade basketball teams.
We are a female sports program geared to teaching girls of ALL levels for the next level of play in high school, comp/travel ball and college. We are seeking additional coaches that can step right into our program of Softball and/or Basketball. This candidate can be part time or full time. She can be in college, working full time or be a Mom working from home. We will work with your schedule.
Currently we have 2 softball teams and 4 basketball teams that play year round. The girls range from 4th grade to 10th grade. We primarily serve the South Valley area (West Valley, Draper, Herriman, West Jordan, Taylorsville area), but have a few players outside this area.
You must bring passion and dedication to helping the girls achieve their dream. Be committed to teaching skills versus recruiting talent. I strongly believe in NOT CUTTING players, we take what we have and build them into better players.
80% of our girls carry a 3.25 GPA or better and 100% of our girls have made their respective high school teams by 10th grade and 70% have made it early in 9th grade. Smart girls can do amazing things! We have FREE tutoring for our girls that are part of the XFACTOR sports family.
Our Coaches staff has experience playing professional, collegiate and community level ball. We have good ties with many of the local Colleges/Universities, High Schools and they welcome our girls to many events.
