The 12 and Under Utah Lady Pirates are having try outs on July 26th, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the South Jordan fields on 11000 south and Redwood Road. We are looking for athletes born in 1999, who love the game, and have the heart of a Pirate. We are seeking all positions, and players who desire to grow up and earn a college scholarship. Our program's goal is to compete at a national level and to return to ASA nationals in 2012.
If you have a daughter who has talent, but is looking for the right instruction to make her an even better player, the Pirates are the team for you. The Pirates will be coached this year by head coach, Jenna Merchant, a former Division I pitcher, Nicole Corprin, who played collegiately at catcher and outfield. Our goal is to get our players college scholarships, and to teach the fundamentals and love of the game that helped us pay our way through college.
The Pirates program is going places! If you want to come with us, we'll see you at try outs. If you would like to schedule a private try out for your daughter, we will be scheduling private try outs all this week. Just contact the head coach.
