TC Predators 14u are having Tryouts for the 2012-2013 season (1998 & 1999 birthdays).
We are building to compete nationally in summer 2013.
Open tryouts are
9 am - 12 noon
August 18th at Deseret Peak Complex (lower fields)
2930 West Highway 112, Tooele, UT
(If change of location is required we will post it here, or you can get on an email list for updated information, please email gdzierzon@predatorsports.net
Parents are encouraged to listen to opening discussion when we review our goals and expectations. You may also stay for the remainder of the tryout if you would like.
Please complete and bring a signed copy of the tryout and waiver form
What to bring to tryouts:
WATER - lots of it
glove, bat, helmet
please wear softball pants and slider, we will do a lot of sliding
be ready to show us your best effort - we only have 3 hours to watch you
What we are looking for:
speed
athletes who are willing to play wherever we need them
positive attitude
respects coaches and teammates
aggressive
good communicator on defense
ability to let go of mistakes and move on
What you will get:
a fun team
respect from coaches and teammates
committed coaches
indoor practice facility
speed and agility + explosive plyometric training (off season and in season)
individualized hitting, bunting & slapping instruction
