The Utah Fire is a Northern Utah (Clinton area) 10 U team that is coming off a very successful 1st season! We started in June of 17 with all Rec players. Our girls have worked hard and our Coaches have put in a lot of time /effort and made this 1st season very successful. 3rd place in Heber City, 2nd place in St George, third place in South Jordan and 1st place in the Pink Power tournament in Tooele this past weekend. Not too bad for only being together since Mid June! Due to our late start we kept all of our girls who have to move up to 12's. Now we are looking to get our roster shored up for next year.
We are looking for girls to play 10 U next year which means you have to be 10 on January 1 2018. We will be practicing all winter indoors and will start playing tournaments in March of 2018. The plan is to move to 12's for the 2019 season. We would like girls who have 1 year of Comp ball under their belts but will consider no experience if the skills are somewhat advanced. We travel 3-4 times a year to surrounding states and try to play locally twice a month. We practice twice a week or as needed.
